DESCRIPTION:A hands-on\, intermediate course on AutoCAD will be held on Tuesdays\, March 31 and April 7\, from 6 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. at the Northern Outreach Center in Grantsville. In this course\, one will explore more shortcuts and tricks to efficiently navigate and create drawings. Basic layout of building floor plans and elevation views will be explored. Layers will be explored and discussed. Participants will look at professional drawings and discuss essential sketches. The instructor for this course will be local resident\, Josh Aichele. He graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and recently received his Masters in Sustainable Energy Engineering. He been doing some consultant work in AutoCAD as well as other 3D modeling software. He has been using AutoCAD for 10+ years and constantly fines reasons to use the program such as small household projects\, layouts and quick descriptive drawings.
