SUMMARY:Broadford Park Fireworks
DESCRIPTION:The Garrett Community Concert Band and The Garrett Choral Society are honored to present a musical celebration of our Nations Birthday of July Fourth at the Broadford Park July Third Firework Festivities.  The band and chorus will present several  patriotic selections together including Carmen Dragons rendition of America The Beautiful plus a salute to our Armed Forces both present active and retired personnel.  The chorus will present several Americana selections and the band will do likewise.\n\n\nThe Celebration will being at 7:30 pm at Pavilion #1 where there will be plenty of room for picnics and enjoyment of the beautiful surroundings.  Bring chairs and/or blankets for seating.  The fireworks will begin at the conclusion of the Stars and Stripes Forever which will be at approximately 9:30 pm.\n\n\n\nMake it a point to join in our community with the celebration listening to such favorites as melodies of Irving Berlin\, This is My Country\, God Bless the USA\, and the favorite\, God Bless America.  A real Garrett County Celebration in Oakland and Mountain Lake Park.
