DESCRIPTION:**CHANGE OF VENUE:  DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING RESPONSE TO THIS EVENT AND THE LARGE ATTENDANCE\, THE BUSINESS BEFORE HOURS HAS BEEN MOVED TO WISP RESORT.**\n\nIn order to recognize the economic development\, job creation and investment that is happening in our community\, your Garrett County Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development have partnered to present an annual Business & Industry Recognition program.  An update on economic development in Garrett County will be presented along with a recognition of new businesses\, growing/expanding businesses\, businesses that have been in operation for a long time (50\, 75\, 100\, 100+ years) and the oldest business in Garrett County.  Certificates and plaques will be presented to identified eligible businesses and companies.  To help us provide the appropriate recognition and ensure that no business or companies are missed\, please contact Paula Thomas at paula@garrettchamber.com to request a Business Information Form.  Forms need to be submitted no later than August 24.  The 2012 Business & Industry Recognition is sponsored by Clear Mountain Bank and Railey Mountain Lake Vacations.
