DESCRIPTION:The Boat Parade on Deep Creek Lake will be held on FRIDAY July 3rd\, starting from the from the McHenry cove and will proceed in single file past a number of judging stations along the route. Spectators at the judging stations will vote for their favorite boats\, and prizes will be awarded in a number of categories\, with a Grand Prize consisting of a custom-designed Winner's Pennant and trophy with $100's of dollars of other prizes including gift cards\, sports memorabilia and more!\n\n\n\nEntrants in the parade will need to pay a MINIMUM $50 registration fee\, and the number of entries are limited\, so be sure to pre-register to ensure your spot.\n\nSponsored by the Deep Creek Lake Lions Club.  Funds raised by this event support our Blind Skier and Camper Programs as well as our local and global service to the visually impaired and those in need.\n\nOther non-profits can enter their boats and all funds they raise (including on-shore and online "votes") are theirs to keep!
