DESCRIPTION:We are over the top excited to bring you this ONE OF A KIND MOVEMENT EVENT! Multiple instructors who are masters of their crafts in yoga\, dance\, and strength training will take you on a full body bliss journey for a heart pumping\, bass bumping\, 90 minutes of instruction! We will begin with a traditional warm up and flow through yoga asana\, HIIT style movements\, dance\, and slow intentional stretches to create a workout party that truly brings everything to the table. Each instructor will flow through their inspired movement and then call out the name of another instructor by random! Creative transitions\, celebration of movement\, freedom of expression\, we are coming for it all! This class will challenge your mind and body while gently loving you to the empowered savasana!\n\nWear your WHITE! LOCATION:You can find our studio when entering the Fort complex in Mchenry- From 219\, we are directly at the bottom of the hill (the octagon shaped suite on the end of the building.) From Deep Creek drive side\, enter the Fort complex at Pine Lodge Steakhouse!
